HOW TO ORDER
- If you don't have an order form, print one online.
- Enter the item information indicated for each product you wish to order.
- Note the shipping weight associated for each item as you add it to the form.
- Total the shipping weight for the entire order.
- Use our UPS Zone Chart (Acrobat PDF file) to determine your shipping zone by your zip code.
- Refer to our UPS Rate Chart for shipping amounts, by weight, by zone.
- Add $4.00 for our handling charge to the UPS charge and you have your total.
- Add Sales Tax, if your are an Ohio resident.
- Send a check or money order (in U.S. funds) to our address on the order form.
- Refer to other FAQs on this page for other types of order information (COD, Payment Type, Canadian Orders, etc.).
BACKORDERS
Currently, we ship an average of 95% of all items ordered with the initial order, and over 90% of orders themselves are shipped complete.
Due to the fact that each item is made individually and not on an assembly line, it may take a few days to get your order completed. However, most items are shipped within a week of when the order is received. We do depend on outside suppliers for some of our products like handles and thus there may be times when we run short and have to wait a few days to receive them. This is VERY rare.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Please include 20% of the order for estimated shipping through the US Post Office. Using the US Postal Service Airmail takes about 2 weeks, Surface takes about 4 weeks. Any excess funds will be returned. Sorry, we cannot ship COD into Canada.

Catalogs are free and can be ordered by calling, emailing or mailing us your request.

CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS
We accept personal or business checks and money orders with your orders sent by mail. Checks over $200 may be held up to 5 days for clearance. You must include your phone number with all orders!

DEALER INQUIRIES
Dealer catalogs and pricing is offered ONLY to those officially engaged in the business of reselling items offered by H & B Forge Company. To protect the integrity of our dealer network, we require that a Dealer Application be completed prior to our sending the dealer catalog and your first order. Our minimum initial dealer order is $250, with additional purchases totaling $200 or more in order to maintain dealer status.

SHIPPING (HOW WE SHIP)
Our standard is UPS Ground, with delivery in 1 to 5 days in the lower 48 states. If you prefer faster shipping, we also offer UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day Service and UPS 3rd day. Your phone number must be included with the order.
TAXES (SALES, ETC.)
Ohio residents ONLY, add 6-1/4% to your order total to cover sales tax.
